Compensation:
-Above Industry Starting Hourly $17, + Tip Pool. (Our BOH Team Members make $21-$28/hr consistently)

Duties
-Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
-Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items.
-Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
-Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
-Monitor food quality and freshness, making adjustments as necessary.
-Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the dietary department.
-Support the culinary team with special dietary needs or requests from guests.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
-Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment.
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
-Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking styles.
-A passion for fine dining and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
